Police are searching for an armed suspect in his 20s who entered a woman’s Woodland Hills apartment and stole $6,000 in cash.
At 12:20 a.m. Saturday, a man entered the apartment in the 6100 block of Glade Avenue armed with a handgun, said Sgt. Jeff Beck with the Los Angeles Police Department.
The man ordered a female resident to the floor and then discovered $6,000 in an unsecured safe, he said.
The suspect fled in an unknown direction with the money. The female resident was not injured, Beck said.
