Man shot to death in Norwalk

Los Angeles County sheriff’s homicide detectives are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man who was shot and killed in Norwalk on Wednesday morning, authorities said.
Officials arrived about 4 a.m. in the 14000 block of Gard Avenue, near Rosecrans Avenue and Pioneer Boulevard. The victim, whose identity has not been released, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities provided no additional information.
