FOOD BOOK FAIR

Food Book Fair 2012, an inaugural food-focused book fair will take place May 4 to 6 in Brooklyn, Grist reports. Organizers call it more than a book fair -- it’s ‘a festival of food culture.’

COFFEE FAUCET

Danish company Scanomat makes a coffee machine that dispenses coffee through a counter-top tap, notes Design Taxi. You push a button, the machine makes Americanos, lattes, cappuccinos and macchiatos beneath the counter. And out it comes through a faucet.
